Genealogy and family history research are becoming more and more popular, and with so many people online these days, sharing your research with others can be very rewarding. GEDmill is an easy-to-use program that lets you create webpages from your family history data. It accepts output from today's most popular family history programs and uses it to build elegant webpages.
Creates a separate page for each individual, listing key events in their life, alongside a photograph (if available) and a family tree diagram.
Provides references to all sources. Lets you see at a glance where a piece of information has come from, with images of certificates, official documents etc. where available.
Option to hide certain individuals. Keep information about living relatives or others out of the website, at your discretion.

Good luck with your research,

I have got your name from the Gedmill webpage. We have reproduced my website usuing a professional designer who is well known to us and he recommended using Wordpress Genalogical plugin software, as Gedmill is no longer supported.
Surprisingly, even though it has been accepted by WordPress, it does not work well. We have corresponded with the designer about bugs, but he has not been able to fix them and does not always reply unless prompted. Have you found an alternative to Gedmill? I have looked at several but have not been able to find a suitable and reasonably priced one. I will greatly appreciate your views. Best wishes, John
